Job Description
We’re seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Graphics Designer to join our real estate team. This is a twofold position, with the primary focus on creating marketing collateral and the secondary focus on managing and designing social media content. The ideal candidate is savvy, easy-going, and eager to learn, with a passion for creating visually stunning content that engages audiences. You'll take charge of our company’s social media presence, develop captivating content, and collaborate with real estate agents, events, and other real estate-related material. Key Responsibilities

Primary Role: Marketing Graphic Designer

· Design and create print and digital marketing materials tailored to the real estate industry, including flyers, brochures, property announcements, and advertisements.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and objectives.

· Assist in maintaining and organizing a library of marketing assets for team use.

Secondary Role: Social Media Graphics Designer

· Design and create compelling graphics for social media platforms tailored to real estate branding and marketing.

· Develop eye-catching visuals for property listings, campaigns, promotions, and special projects.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that highlight our real estate offerings.

· Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other digital assets, ensuring properties are showcased at their best.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media strategies, and real estate marketing techniques.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other major design software (e.g., InDesign, After Effects).

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements, especially in real estate marketing.

· Excellent creativity and attention to detail.

· Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

· Video production skills is a plus
