SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to manage daily marketing activities and support long-term strategies, focusing on graphic design, social media, and event planning in a fast-paced environment.
Overview
We currently seek a dynamic Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for daily marketing activities as well as supporting long-term marketing strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will bring their graphic design, event planning, and social media experience into a fast-paced environment. The individual must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to listen and help drive innovative solutions to improve processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support marketing programs to accomplish the company's marketing and business development-related strategies.
- Support proposal and presentation preparation activities including Statements of Qualifications, RFP's, RFP's and interview presentations.
- Maintain and update current project list, staff resumes, and project sheets.
- Maintain and update inventory of project photography, staff portraits, graphics, and marketing archive files.
- Updated CRM and client contact database.
- Conduct market research activities.
- Develop on-brand graphics to support project pursuits, social media posts, sales flyers, spec sheets, and more.
- Contribute to the brand identity, development, implementation, and management to include: project signage, branded clothing, business collateral, and vehicle signage.
- Prepare relevant and timely updates to our company website and social media accounts with a focus on increasing views and engagement.
- Update company SharePoint site with newsletters, project information, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with company staff and the Marketing Manager to produce monthly internal newsletter.
- Coordinate and support events and materials related to projects, sponsorships, internal events, fundraisers, golf tournaments, pursuit-related interviews, conferences, trade shows and career fairs, employee service and recognition awards, and meetings.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
Computer Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required
- CRM experience
- WordPress or other website development program experience
- Experience developing content for and publishing to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
Certificates and Licenses
- FAA drone pilot license preferred

Pay: $66,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
