Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing efforts by creating content and managing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

PMI is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to provide marketing and communications support to various teams and programs within our company. In this role, you will learn PMI’s product line and craft relevant content to engage prospective and existing customers, driving traffic to the company’s website to boost sales. The Digital Marketing Specialist will combine both analytics and creativity to deliver high-quality targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Draft and edit communications copy, including email campaigns and social media posts to engage our audience.
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Audio and Video Production: Assist in producing and editing audio and video content, ensuring high-quality output for marketing purposes.
- Graphic Creation: Design graphics for digital marketing initiatives, including social media posts, daily emails, and website visuals.
- Website Editing: Update and maintain website content, ensuring it’s current, relevant, and aligned with our marketing strategies.
- Administrative and Project Support: Provide assistance with marketing tasks, maintain databases and media lists, track projects and media exposure, facilitate effective internal communications, and coordinate webinars by maintaining calendars and preparing necessary materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with podcast production and website management (WordPress or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
