Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Marketing Specialist with a focus on both English and Chinese markets. This full-time role will be pivotal in driving product marketing initiatives, managing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, and expanding abcPOS's presence in both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking markets. You will be involved in various marketing efforts, from social media management to CRM, content creation, and event coordination, playing a vital role in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in the development and execution of product marketing campaigns to highlight abcPOS’s solutions, particularly during go-to-market product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences in both English and Chinese markets.
  • Support the creation of product-specific marketing materials and ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
  • Paid Advertising (English and Chinese Markets)
  • Campaign Development & Targeting: Create and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Baidu, and WeChat, targeting B2B decision-makers in both English and Chinese markets with tailored messaging.
  • Ad Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Continuously track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation
  • Platform Management: Expand abcPOS’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, RED, WeChat, and Chinese forums, managing bilingual content.
  • Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and post tailored content (blog posts, landing pages, WeChat articles) to boost SEO and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers, build communities, and monitor performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
  • CRM Management & Marketing Automation
  • Maintain and update customer data in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted marketing.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by creating and optimizing marketing automation workflows and lead funnels.
  • Design customer journeys and nurture leads and campaigns to move leads through the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Design, write, and run targeted email and SMS campaigns for both English and Chinese markets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track results, generate reports, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Audience Management: Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and personalize content for better targeting and results.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights on prospects, competitors, product trends, and opportunities in the POS industry.
  • Compile research data into reports and presentations, providing actionable insights for product marketing and sales teams.
  • Graphic Design & Video Editing
  • Create visual content for social media, emails, blogs, and events, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Edit promotional videos, webinars, and other multimedia content to enhance audience engagement and support marketing initiatives.
  • Offline Event Coordination
  • Assist in organizing and executing offline events, including trade shows, product demos, and conferences, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure the success of each event.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to create and adapt content for both language markets.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing, social media management, and strategies. Strong understanding of both mainstream social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and Chinese platforms (WeChat, RED, Chinese forums), with knowledge of their respective audiences and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, particularly in managing workflows, automation, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or similar tools, or any AI toools with experience in creating visually appealing content and editing videos to align with marketing goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Semrush with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns for better results.
  • Hand-on experience with paid advertising on mainstream platforms (Google, Meta LinkedIn) and Chinese platforms (RED, WeChat) is a plus.
  • Adaptability and Efficiency: Ability to quickly adapt, handle multiple projects under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Proactive and Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated with strong creative problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively to implement effective marketing solutions.
