As a Marketing Specialist at Grivet Outdoors, you will enhance brand visibility and sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives, including social media, advertising, content creation, and customer engagement.

Summary
As a Marketing Specialist at Grivet Outdoors, you will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and increase sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our online presence and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Capture professional-grade photos of products, events, and in-store experiences for use across marketing channels
Social Media Management
- Oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends to craft targeted, effective advertising strategies for specific audiences.
Advertising & Partnerships
- Manage co-op advertising efforts with brand partners, coordinating campaigns across Facebook ads, social media, email, and direct mail.
- Adjust advertising strategies based on ad performance data to maximize effectiveness and ROAS.
- Collaborate with local sources to create authentic user-generated content
- Collect, analyze, and leverage UGC to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Signage & Visual Merchandising
- Design and produce in-store signage for sales, events, and fixture displays, ensuring cohesive branding and visibility.
Digital Campaign Strategy
- Plan and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine targeting and optimize results.
- Design ad graphics, store signage, and promotional materials using Canva and Photoshop
- Create engaging ad copy and content for social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using email marketing platform Klaviyo.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing skills with a creative approach to content creation.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing campaigns is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
