Spectrum Paper is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing our online store, marketplace sites, and marketing email campaigns while driving innovative strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize the company’s online store and marketplace platforms.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.

Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Maintain and update the company’s marketing email list to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Develop engaging content for the website, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing materials, including graphics and content, ensuring they align with a cohesive and professional brand identity.
• Manage SEO and PPC initiatives to improve website visibility and drive traffic.

Strategy & Analytics

• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, recommending actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or distribution industries.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace sites.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and analytical mindset focused on driving measurable results.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative without requiring extensive direction.
