Seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to promote Hursthouse Inc.'s brand and services through innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive campaign management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hursthouse Inc. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our brand, growing our client base, and driving revenue through innovative marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple arenas to showcase our landscape services and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company goals.
  • Identify target markets and design strategies to reach and engage these markets effectively.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including our website, email campaigns, social media, and possibly blog or vlog.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with photographers, videographers and graphic designers to produce visually appealing promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Houzz, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
  • Oversee website SEO and update content to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the company culture is shared internally, to existing clients as well as target market.
  • Highlight the company’s services, client testimonials, and unique selling points.
  • Event and Community Engagement:
  • Plan and coordinate participation in local events, student and trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations to promote the company.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in marketing of small to medium businesses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
