Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through influencer partnerships, compelling content creation, public relations efforts, and the execution of promotional events. Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Management:
1. Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners across various platforms.
2. Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
3. Monitor influencer performance and ensure content meets brand guidelines and expectations.
Content Creation:
4. Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other channels.
5. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce creative assets.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant content.
Public Relations:
7. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and bloggers to secure press coverage and positive brand images.
8. Draft press releases, media kits, and pitches for product launches, events, and company news.
9. Track and report on PR campaign performance and media mentions.
Promotional Events:
10. Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, including trade shows, product launches, and community activations.
11. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event success.
Gather attendee feedback and analyze event performance to optimize future efforts.
Campaign Management:
12. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
13. Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferred B2C/DTC 2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events and overseas teams.
