Seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness for a leading wallcoverings manufacturer.
A leading manufacturer of wallcoverings is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website management. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about driving brand awareness and lead generation.
Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising & SEO:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media interactions.
- Track social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.

Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
- Develop email content, segment audiences, and optimize open and click-through rates.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.

Website Management & Development:
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve site functionality and performance.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
