Seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop content, manage social media, design marketing materials, execute campaigns, and analyze market data, contributing to the growth and engagement of Harper Industries' diverse product portfolio.
Harper Industries, Inc., is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to craft compelling content, produce high-quality marketing collateral, and execute strategies that support a diverse product portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop and produce engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs and print materials
- Collaborate with the product management team to create product descriptions, brochures, case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a unified voice across platforms
Social Media
- Create, curate and manage content across all social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to uncover opportunities
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
Creative Development
- Design and produce visually appealing materials such as infographics, videos, presentations, and advertisements
- Generate innovative ideas for campaigns to boost engagement and sales
- Help maintain brand identity, ensuring all creative work reflects brand voice, style and values
Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, trade shows, etc.)
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign delivery
Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support product positioning and messaging
- Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their needs, and pain points through surveys, interviews and customer visits
- Curate and analyze customer surveys to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer-facing initiatives
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and dealer partners to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, videographers, and media partners for creative project execution
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector preferred

Schedule/Salary
- Full-time with some afterhours/weekend event coordination required

Physical Requirements

- pounds)

Reports to:
- Marketing Manager
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., Export Control: The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
