We're looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our regional, footwear business. This role supports three local retail divisions (Burch’s Shoes, Footwise, and Shoe Mill) and two growing wholesale brands. Key skills include social media management, email marketing, copywriting, video content creation, photography and an analytical mindset to optimize marketing performance.

Full-time office position with the possibility of some off-site work

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to enhance audience engagement and grow brand awareness.
Assist in planning and executing paid social advertising campaigns aimed at driving traffic and increasing sales.
Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing layouts, and analyzing performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging, shareable content.
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with photography and video production is highly desirable.
