Rehabmart is seeking a Marketing Associate to enhance account management and support marketing campaigns, requiring strong communication and project management skills.
Rehabmart was founded in 1998 by two Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people find high-quality solutions for their medical needs at an affordable price. We are a locally owned e-commerce healthcare company that focuses on customer service, original content, competitive pricing, and a synergistic management structure that includes all employees in the progress and well-being of the company.
Rehabmart is looking for a Marketing Associate with account management experience to join our Marketing team. This role provides critical support around messaging and planning campaigns, while opening new business purchasing accounts and advancing those converted leads to our sales and service channels.
Position Summary:
Success within this role is found by those who are strong communicators who are able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders across the business, excel at identifying the tasks needed to complete a project and take action on them, and bring a creative thought process and drive on how to engage prospects and like to think outside the box. As a marketing specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team composed of two executive leaders, a team of content marketing associates, and a team of freelance agents that specialize in key aspects of a marketing production pipeline to create and execute omni channel campaigns. In this role you will also work cross-functionally to coordinate, communicate, and delegate business activities that come from marketing conversions into their proper channels and report customer experience feedback to those teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the VP of Content & E-Commerce to develop go-to-market media and marketing strategies for target markets.
- Work with internal teams to understand the audience and target accounts.
- Profile target segments’ needs and pain points for campaign planning and to create prospect lists accordingly.
- Execute appropriate marketing tactics that deliver on objectives, i.e. media planning, event planning, collateral creation, or campaign planning.
- Coordinate with the Vendor Relations team to evaluate segment-based sponsorships and co-ops with supplier partners to assist in the execution and output of brand or product-specific campaigns.
- Coordinate with Quotes and Purchase Order teams to ensure proper account-based support for new accounts across the business cycle.
- Measure, test, and report on campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Organize, travel & support up to two annual trade shows annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Hubspot Marketing Professional or similar full scale CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Proven success through generating prospecting campaigns, making and outbound calls, emails and other correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion; produce results on time and within budget.
- Impeccable project management skills and a high drive for detail-oriented accuracy within the work product.
- Great internal and external written and verbal communication.
- Self-reliant individual who can successfully navigate between working autonomously or a dynamic team setting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of expertise.
- 1+ years experience in marketing and account management roles.
- 1+ years experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM software.

Hourly compensation is negotiable and is dependent upon experience, education, and skill sets.
