ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the credit union products and services to effectively communicate value to the members and target audiences.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with all credit union policies and procedures.
- Build, execute and manage multi-channel digital and traditional campaigns through the project lifecycle to achieve target outcomes.
- Compose internal communications and deliver training to ensure staff understands marketing campaigns and products.
- Conceptualize, design and produce promotional materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, logos, signage, emails, social media, events and displays.
- Write and edit compelling, accurate copy for marketing materials, website, campaigns and press releases.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with OKCU’s brand’s identity.
- Continuously monitor marketing trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, keeping the credit union competitive in the marketplace.
- Analyze and report campaign performance against key objectives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Independently coordinate credit union events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating agendas and creating marketing collateral.
- Support the marketing department by creating and executing strategies for email, events, social media and content marketing.
- Maintain and update content on OKCU website, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress.
- Develop and execute strategic social media plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Implement and manage tactics for reputation management, ensuring a positive online presence by responding to reviews and monitoring sentiment.
