Pay Rate $65,000 - $75,000 based on industry knowledge and experience
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background within the construction or drilling industry and will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence in both English and Spanish speaking markets.
Essential Functions & Duties
Required Skills
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our directional drilling services.
- Develop engaging marketing materials in both English and Spanish, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts and website content.
- Oversee and optimize ClearPath’s online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and enhance customer engagement.
- Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our services.
- Assist Human Resources on promoting internal events to boost company culture.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights into continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, or comparable experience.
- Three (3) + years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or drilling industries.
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Suites, Canva and other marketing enhancement tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
