Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist (Graphic Design) to craft innovative and engaging visuals that communicate our logistics solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will combine creative design skills with strategic thinking to develop materials that resonate with our target audience across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Creative Design & Development:
- Design marketing materials such as ads, web banners, trade show graphics, product sheets, and promotional items.
- Apply principles of color theory, typography, and composition to create visually engaging content.
2.Digital & Print Content Creation:
- Develop layouts for digital platforms (social media, website) and print materials.
- Tailor designs to align with brand identity and target audience preferences.
3.Market Research Visualization:
- Use surveys, charts, and infographics to represent consumer insights and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to translate complex data into visually appealing formats.
4.Campaign Performance Analysis:
- Track the effectiveness of graphic elements in marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics to refine designs and improve engagement/conversion rates.
5.User-Centric Design:
- Conduct usability testing for digital marketing materials and the company website.
- Optimize visual content to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
6.Collaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align designs with campaign strategies.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design composition.
- Experience with analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design work across various platforms.
