We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles and a passion for creating compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media.

Responsibilities

• SEO Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize social media content and increase discoverability.
• Flowdesk Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, automations, and audience segmentation.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and layouts for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Edit video content for social platforms and podcast promotion.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and schedule posts across various social platforms.
• Develop creative campaigns that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Podcast Support: Assist with podcast production, editing, and promotional efforts.
• Engagement Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve audience engagement.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture collaborations with influencers, brands, and partners to expand reach.
• Idea Generation & Initiative: Proactively bring fresh ideas to campaigns, strategies, and design concepts.

Experience

• Experience in partnership development and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop
• Experience in photography is a plus but not required.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
