Seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the General Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies, focusing on client acquisition, event coordination, and brand consistency in the U.S. market.

Overview
Visionnaire, a global leader in Italian luxury furniture and design, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support the General Manager in developing and executing local marketing strategies for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will focus on direct marketing campaigns, client acquisition, and event coordination, working collaboratively with the marketing department in Italy to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

1. Local Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement tailored marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Leverage data analysis to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Research and identify new potential clients, including high-end consumers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage target clients through personalized outreach, direct mail, and email marketing.
  • Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments and visits.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute exclusive events, such as product launches, client showcases, and industry networking gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics, including invitations, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Ensure events reflect Visionnaire’s luxury image and strengthen client relationships.

4. Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Design and manage direct marketing campaigns, including email, print, and digital initiatives.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Visionnaire’s marketing team in Italy to align U.S. campaigns with global brand messaging.

5. Brand Communications:

  • Ensure all communications adhere to Visionnaire’s brand guidelines and voice.
  • Develop content for local promotions, events, and marketing materials in coordination with the Italian team.
  • Assist in managing the brand’s local digital presence, including social media and newsletters.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
