Marketing Specialist, Wholehealth Living - Remote Opportunity
LOCATION
Hybrid position; occasional travel may be required (1-2 times per year).

Support and grow WholeHealth Living through strategic marketing efforts focused on client retention, member engagement, and integration of health networks.
Our Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping support and grow WholeHealth Living, a Tivity Health company. The role of Marketing Specialist in WholeHealth Living includes helping drive client retention, member engagement of our supplemental benefits, and the growth and retention of our integrative health networks.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. Develop marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and support key business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Network, Performance Marketing, Marketing Technology, Creative, Client Relations and IT) to develop and support marketing initiatives that articulate WholeHealth Living's value proposition to practitioners, current health plans, and members.
- Audience Engagement: Engage B2B (business-to-business) and B2M (business-to-member) audiences, ensuring messaging aligns with brand objectives and/or client needs.
- Data & Insights: Gather and analyze data on marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across various channels, including email, webinars, digital/social platforms, events, advertising, direct mail, and website enhancements.
- Additional Projects: Contribute to various marketing projects as needed, adapting to emerging priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: 2-5+ years in a strategic marketing role; experience in healthcare or health plan marketing is a plus. B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred, additional B2C marketing experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong background in multi-channel marketing and integrated campaign development, with a demonstrated bias for action and results-driven approach; startup experience is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders; collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required (1-2 times per year).
