The Marketing Strategist, Revenue Marketing will create integrated digital campaigns to acquire new clients and expand current accounts, ensuring effective lead conversion to drive pipeline and bookings for Publicis Sapient.

Job Description

The Marketing Strategist, Revenue Marketing will design, build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns that acquire new logos and expand existing accounts, creating pipeline and bookings for Publicis Sapient. In this role, you will collaborate across functions to create integrated, multi-touch digital campaigns that create reach, traffic, engagement and leads. This includes web, media, search, social, email and other channels. As a key lead on these campaigns, you will ensure campaigns create leads and those leads convert to pipeline and bookings.

Your Impact:
  • By understanding business outcomes, segment markets to create audiences and design campaigns that deliver our story over compelling & robust digital journeys.
  • Effectively communicate across stakeholders and leadership, discussing results and sharing insights on campaign performance.
  • Develop offering-specific and at times industry-specific offers that create qualified leads for direct sales follow-up.
  • Use analytics, data and insights to optimize campaigns, understanding the tactics that generate both leads and demand.
  • Align cross-functional team members to come together to build and optimize campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively, collaborate and project manage to ensure creative and execution resources come together to deliver results.
  • Work directly with sales leaders to align marketing campaigns to business priorities. Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure leads are properly managed and feedback is gathered on lead quality.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B /B2C marketing with a focus on campaign, performance and digital marketing. Expertise in digital campaign strategy.
  • Proven experience executing marketing strategies that deliver consistent, highly qualified leads into the funnel and drive top line revenue.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, B2B marketing automation technology and performance measurement analysis.
  • The ideal person is a self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. A motivated individual who embodies a hands-on, roll up your sleeves, go-getter mentality.
  • This person is up to date on marketing, content and media trends. They are excited about emerging technology and embrace generative AI tools.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
