Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy

The Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy, is responsible for shaping the marketing strategy for the Segment and Sub-Segments. This includes translating Segment objectives into campaign strategy briefs and marketing plans (timing, budget, and mix of tactics) and managing TR’s brand management strategy.


About the Role

As the Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy, you will:

  • Implement and manage processes to ensure the smooth operation of strategic marketing plans, performance measurement, and marketing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on the execution of worldwide, regional, or local marketing and promotional activities. Coordinate marketing deliverables and related activities across key internal cross-functional groups.
  • Oversee one or more of the following areas: brand positioning, strategic MarComms, advertising, internet marketing, company-wide promotions and events, email marketing, and marketing tools.
  • Lead marketing strategy for key partnership activities across the Legal, Tax, and Risk Corporates businesses, including campaign strategy optimization, digital marketing efforts, and creative development.


About You

You’re a fit for the role of Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy if your background includes:

  • 2+ years of marketing strategy experience.
  • 5+ years of campaign planning and management experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Leadership and the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).


This position will report to TR's Digital Managing Editor in the Marketing function, and will work with content strategists, SEO professionals, digital writers, digital marketers, and other TR Marketing team members. The role is a contract position with limited term.

The pay rate that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is 40-$45hr USD.
