Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
- Manage the company website, including design updates, content management, and performance optimization.
- Monitor marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.
Proposal Development:
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contract transportation work, including crafting proposals and coordinating with internal teams.
- Analyze proposal requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
IT Management:
- Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including office computers, network systems, and vehicle tracking hardware.
- Manage transportation software to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with technology vendors to evaluate and implement new systems and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Ensure data security, system reliability, and optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in , Marketing, Business Administration,IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and basic design skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs or similar proposal processes.
- Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
- Proven experience in IT management, including hardware, software, and vendor relations
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with transportation or logistics technology systems.
- General Marketing Abilities
- Graphic design experience or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with IT management
- Knowledge of RFPs and proposal writing
