D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Web Analyst to develop marketing strategies, analyze online performance, and optimize both paid and organic online marketing initiatives.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Web Analyst. The right candidate will assists in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers to the company website, online presence and promote online products or services. Analyzes online statistics and identifies areas to optimize online marketing performance both paid and organic.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Engage with divisions and vendors to review data, provide insights and identify opportunities for improved digital performance
  • Deliver campaign analytics that drive insights, optimization, and action
  • Assist in the creation of analytics and insights presentations
  • Manage the Google Analytics account. Be able to add new views, automated reports, and users
  • Glean actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization
  • Communicate effectively with digital vendors on campaign performance and reporting needs
  • Build a body of knowledge on media performance with the objective of informing optimization and future media decisions on partners and strategies
  • Support data-driven paid media strategy and implement third-party measurement methodologies
  • Pull data and provide reporting from a variety of marketing platforms (i.e., analytics, programmatic, paid media platforms, video etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and develop recommendations/insights for internal team members as needed
  • Help with Local SEO listing management
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime


Qualifications


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, or Advertising
  • Three to five years of experience with web analytics applications (Adobe Analytics, Core Metrics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Three to five years of experience with tag management systems (Tealium, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Understanding of A/B testing tools
  • Broad knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Broad knowledge of cross channel performance benchmarks
  • Broad understanding of web attribution K.P.I.s and performance
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including organic search, paid search, email, display and social
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and drive strategy and discussion
  • Experience in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and others
  • Familiarity with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices
  • Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Must be comfortable in client-facing work that involves regular video calls
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to sit for the majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate

  • Experience with usability and conversion analysis preferred
