Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts as we grow our brand.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will assist with market research, campaign execution, and performance analysis, providing valuable insights to enhance our marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer and affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and build partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
• Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Assist with the management and growth of the influencer and affiliate program, including outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, assisting in the preparation of reports with performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in interpreting data and deriving insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
