We are currently seeking a passionate and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Houston area.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enrollment, and community engagement for Vivaldi Music Academy. This role involves coordinating digital and traditional marketing efforts, managing social media platforms, and assisting in organizing events and promotions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote Vivaldi Music Academy’s programs and events.
Content Creation: Create engaging newsletters, and promotional materials to highlight student achievements, academy events, and upcoming courses.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns to inform and engage current and potential students and parents about academy updates, promotions, and events.
Advertising: Oversee online and traditional advertising efforts, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and print media. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with staff to organize events such as recitals, open houses, and community outreach programs. Assist with event promotion and logistics.
Website Updates: Assist with maintaining and updating the academy’s website, ensuring accurate and current information is always available.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, social media engagement, and enrollment trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, arts, or related industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Canva.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
