THE DRIPBaR Lake Nona has a rare opportunity to join our team. Our concept is simple. We provide our clients with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption. We focus on wellness through micronutrients and services like Infrared Sauna, Salt Therapy, Compression Therapy and full body Red Light Therapy. With over 60% of American's suffering with at least one chronic illness like autoimmune disease, The DRIPBaR offers micronutrients and services that offer support to assist the client in a return to wellness!
Our Membership Marketing Assistants usually do a little bit of everything. They work events representing our organization, they are also seen at the entrance of our center, welcoming guests and clients. They answer questions, explain our products and membership options, screen phone calls, confirm appointments, relay instructions, post to our social media, update marketing reports, participate in special event marketing, and help our nurses.
The ideal Membership Marketing Assistant must demonstrate the ability to multitask without getting stressed or overwhelmed. This person must have fundamental computer skills and must display fluency in word and spreadsheet processors. The candidate must also have strong persuasive communication skills, people, prioritization, and customer service skills and must be able to work independently. Have a knowledge of social media platforms, features and functions. Bi-lingual in spanish is preferred and will be given higher priority.
Job Duties
- Managing office communications—fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail
- Collaborating with others to help plan events, shows or fairs to promote us within the community
- Scheduling and managing clients
- Maintaining contact lists
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates and clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Creating reports related to our marketing - trends, lead generation, campaigns
- Assisting the nurse when appropriate
- Posting to social media, responding to email, and supporting team
- Take pictures of clients for social media
- Staff events to promote The DRIPBaR memberships and services
Our Membership Marketing Specialist are expected to:
- Have exceptional communication and social skills
- The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client is telling you
- Recognize and respond to potential problems independently and creatively
- Strategically manage time
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Maintain composure when things go wrong
- Be prompt and prepared at all times
- Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day
- Work quickly, but accurately
- Microsoft office skills and ability to learn new software as needed
- Social Media platform proficient
- A passion for wellness and willingness to learn about nutrition, vitamins and supplements
Working Conditions
May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require periods of time standing and/or walking. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs /maintenance. May have to lift items to set up event tent and table and periodically work outdoors.
Compensation includes the following:

We are hiring for a part-time Membership Marketing Specialistposition for our Melbourne location. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
