About MANOS:

MANOS is an innovative new product platform by Concreteworks, a design-driven manufacturer of high-quality architectural concrete products based in the SF Bay Area. MANOS will feature both a trade platform and a shop platform, offering a unique space for the architecture and design community to explore, trade, and purchase our premium products. We are looking for a creative and skilled Marketing Associate to help us launch and grow MANOS.

Position Description:

As the Marketing Associate for MANOS, you will be instrumental in building the brand’s presence and driving engagement across various channels. Your role will involve managing social media, crafting newsletters, updating website content, and creating marketing materials that speak to the architecture and design community as well as consumer market. You will work closely with our team to ensure MANOS becomes a recognized name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow MANOS’s presence across all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

  • Write and design newsletters that keep our audience informed about new product launches, trade opportunities, and industry insights.

  • Regularly update and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with the MANOS team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

  • Assist in the creation of visual content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials, using basic graphic design skills.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on trends and developments in the architecture and design community to ensure our marketing efforts are relevant and impactful.

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, and other initiatives to drive engagement with MANOS.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company, with a track record of growing and engaging audiences.

  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus but not required. Once hired the selected candidate will be required to

complete HubSpot Marketing Hub training through HubSpot Academy online platform.

  • Experience with Spotify platform a plus.

  • Experience writing and distributing company newsletters with strong attention to detail and design.

  • Familiarity with the architecture and design community, including current trends, key influencers, and industry movements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.

  • Basic graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.

  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and a strong understanding of web content best practices.

Sanity is our CMS

  • Experience with Shopify a bonus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for design, marketing, and brand-building.
