franchise performance stats. We are the national leader in mobility equipment showrooms, ordering repair, renting, and selling products. With over 80 locations open or in process, we
need you, a highly organized, self-driven, and personable candidate to assist our Marketing
Manager in driving leads to showrooms, improving conversion to sales, and guiding franchise owners with best success practices.

Marketing Associate Job Responsibilities
Assists the Marketing Manager with lead organization management, press releases,
emailing, newspaper and digital advertising. Provided services to existing and new franchisees with
marketing and sales reports. Participates in special projects. Adjusts ad content and
internet content by studying results and monitoring local competitors. Familiar with
blogging and social media. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results
reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitors
competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and
merchandising techniques. Provides historical records by maintaining data on territory and
customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Marketing Degree or Business Studies complimented by experience. Basic understanding
of sales and the difference between sales and marketing. Comfortable with data, Microsoft
Excel and Word. Adaptive to technology. Communicates well. Great prioritization skills.
