Position: Marketing & Communication Manager
Position Summary: The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead all communication strategies and branding efforts across SMB, Enterprise, and Sales channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that content creation, brand identity, and messaging are aligned with business goals, while also overseeing a team that includes a Brand & Content Specialist, Event Coordinator, and Copywriter. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, campaign management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive effective communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies across SMB, Enterprise, and Sales segments, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Lead branding efforts, ensuring a cohesive and strong brand identity across all channels and initiatives.
- Manage content creation efforts by overseeing the Brand & Content Specialist to develop engaging and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences across SMB and Enterprise channels.
- Supervise the Event Coordinator in organizing the logistics of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events, including venue research, securing booths, coordinating schedules, and driving event marketing success.
- Oversee the Copywriter, ensuring the creation of tailored messaging for different audience segments (SMB and Enterprise) that aligns with sales initiatives and branding goals.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives to ensure seamless communication and brand alignment between different departments, including Sales and Operations.
- Track and report on the performance of communication and branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication platforms, including digital, print, and events.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of branding, communication strategies, and events, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform branding and communication efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
- Proven experience in leading multi-channel communication strategies, including content creation, event planning, and copywriting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Expertise in branding, with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain a strong brand identity across various platforms.
- Experience working across SMB and Enterprise segments, with a track record of driving lead generation through effective marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
