Job Summary: The Marketing Content Developer main aim is to successfully carry out the groups content marketing strategy by developing, publishing, and promoting content that achieves the goals set out in the regional and global strategy. Create engaging, interactive and personalized content to improve our customer experience and satisfaction. Drive the change into a more AI driven content production and the use of AI in the whole customer journey.
Accountabilities:
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and related work instructions
- Lead the overall development of marketing content, external communication.
- Create and drive an implementation plan of AI solutions.
- Support regional activation strategies and events.
- Repurposing marketing content for different platforms and audiences
- Ensure working within an established marketing budget.
- Achieve content marketing key metrics/objectives.
- Cross Functional Teamwork with sales, operations, and marketing team to meet goals and objectives.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize impactful content with a focus on storytelling for two brands across multiple channels and audiences to drive leads.
- Develop an implementation plan for the use of AI, both for internal production and to optimize the customer journey.
- Work closely with other members of global marketing and communications teams across the organization to drive brand awareness, consistent messaging and conversion through the strategic use of content.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial content.
- Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, video scripts and web copy.
- Ensure all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. Produce clean, concise, well-polished copy.
- Optimize web content keywords and text to drive high search engine rankings.
- Act as a trusted content consultant for our global organization, promoting best practices in messaging, writing, and style.
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines.
- Collateral may also include training and selling aids, brochures, catalogues, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.
- Organize and attend webinars, regional industry conferences, and other regional events so potential customers have an opportunity to learn about the group and its products and services.
- Push the group to adopt the selected trademarks and glossary.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools.
- Conversation rate optimization on product and industry pages through A/B testing, use of heatmaps, customer survey results and UX testing findings.
- Implement personalization to improve CX and conversion.
- Arrange for the material to be economically published and distributed both on a regional and global level.
- Push the group to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data.
- Work closely with global senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.
- Interact with agencies, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent message and to ensure their work meets the group’s requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Translate selected content to preferred language using the groups translation agency and verify with internal stakeholders.
- Coach less experienced team members and help them resolve problems.
- This position may work remotely up to 50% of the time. Must attend all required meetings and be available on-site as required.

Skills/Competencies Required:
- Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners, both orally and in writing.
- Maintain compliance with organizational core values and culture.
- Exhibit organizational leadership competencies.
- Comply with sales, marketing, commercial, and company SOP’s.
- Effective communication skills in English. Bi-lingual a plus.
- Strong marketing communication and website content skills.
- Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Experience from preferably a commercial B2B environment.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Accredited University Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline (or international equivalent).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing and website content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a lean and/or six sigma environments preferred.
