This role will direct marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. The Marketing director will translate the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables. This role will oversee critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. The Marketing Director will utilize technology and data to Identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities. As well, this role will oversee the entire marketing team and foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field * 5+ years in a marketing management role

Requirements* Experience developing and executing key marketing functions * Including email marketing, content creation, and demand generation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience in developing and executing marketing functions, including email marketing, content creation, and demand generation * Knowledge of leading methodology and best practices in marketing automation, demand generation and lead nurturing * Hands-on experience managing web and content production in a CMS environment. You have worked closely and understand information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics/testing and development (including mobile). You are able to leverage hands-on experience to consult and guide stakeholders * 5+ years of experience in conversion, optimization, digital content, or other fields related to digital marketing * Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously. You can push back on deadlines, scope of work thoughtfully and gracefully * Experience in other online marketing disciplines, such as SEM, SEO, Social Media etc. * Web analytical skills to identify gaps and trends in current platforms * Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, Creative Cloud / Adobe * Experience with Pardot, Google Analytics, Hopin and Qualtrics preferred * Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams * Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy * Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to peers, stakeholders, and agency in order to gain buy-in and drive change, adoption, engagement

Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with CEO and leadership on marketing strategies and plans * Drive high quality leads to our sales team * Lead branding and content plans * Run digital marketing campaigns, managing and monitoring postings, engagement, and lead nurturing * Help optimize website and social media for SEO and usability * Develop digital marketing analytic reporting and key metrics. Test and report on which marketing tactics work. * Establish ROI on marketing budget * Lead, create, and implement online and digital advertisements, marketing content and collateral * Act as an internal digital marketing expert to make recommendations and drive strategy * Execution of the creative process, from design to delivery (UX, design, content, SEO)
