Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving strategic initiatives and leading innovative campaigns? We are seeking a Marketing Director to shape and execute marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio of services, which includes commercial trucking insurance, SBA (Small Business Administration) lending (7(a) loans), and commercial trailer leasing.

As the Marketing Director, you will work closely with senior leaders across commercial, risk, operations, and legal to create and commercialize new segments and products while increasing brand visibility and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and create new product segments.
  • Strategize and lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Lead key processes, including market planning, industry segmentation, and product innovation.
  • Build and manage external partnerships to deliver brand, digital, value proposition, and communications capabilities.
  • Manage the digital marketing team to plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC), ensuring compliance and driving conversions.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Pardot to track leads, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive marketing automation initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B marketing within financial services or transportation industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across functions.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with at least 2 days in-office per week.

Compensation:

  • $150-175K plus bonus
