Job Status

  1. Full-time, 40 hours a week or more as needed
  2. Schedule:
  3. In office, Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM or 6PM (depends on workout)
  4. Lunch from 12:15PM to 1PM; day ends at 5PM
  5. If working out over the lunch period, return to office work by 2PM; day ends at 6PM

  1. Graphic Designer - Alphaland
  2. Contracted Photographers/Videographers
  3. Future – social media coordinator

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Essential Job Duties

  1. Manage Alphaland’s social media strategy, improve marketing efforts, and ultimately increase sales / revenue
  2. Oversee the company’s social media profiles including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, the company’s website, and other relevant platforms
  3. Execute shoots by booking content creators and follow through from scheduling to completion to maintain on time assignments.

Additional Job Duties

  1. Schedule, develop, and launch campaigns / content
  2. Develop expert knowledge around scheduling and highest point of engagement (i.e. day of week, time, etc).

  3. Maintain the social media content calendar including assisting in copyrighting and caption approval.

  4. Develop a pertinent set of KPIs to report on social media performance, social listen and report back findings to teams on trends and conversations
  5. Will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics twice a month to include content performance and recommendations for improvement

  6. Reviews top performing ads to strategize how to bring that success into the website when the Ad goes live

  7. Maintains Ad budget to ensure Ads are properly allocated to drive high engagement.
  8. Propose appropriate performance metrics for individual Ad campaigns
  9. Set a goal for sales success per new memberships within Ad campaign
  10. Develop and maintain a strategy to convert social media engagements to sales. Collaborate with Director of Alphaland to set appropriate sales goals.

Supervisory Duties

  1. Improve and continue to develop the structure of Alphaland’s marketing department
  2. Identify and suggest hires for highly competent and capable team members who embody the Alphalete brand
  3. Collaborate with Director of Alphaland and HR regarding all hires
  4. New positions require business case to HR. HR to build job description and salary analysis for final approval from direct supervisor.

  5. Develop, mentor, coach, and guide direct reports to help them advance their career

  6. Collaborating with HR, coach, remedy, and discipline behavior and/or performance which is below standard

Other job duties as assigned by management

Required Skills / Experience

  1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social media coordination and management, preferably focused on business-to-consumer goods
  2. At least three (3) or more years’ experience with creating organic posts, deploying, monitoring, and managing social media and paid social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
  3. Three (3) or more years of leadership experience, growing and leading teams through organizational change and transformation
  4. Functional knowledge of social media KPIs
  5. Functional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Preferred Skills / Experience

  1. Ability to work on call and respond to ad campaign emergencies when necessary
  2. Passion for all things creative and social media
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a fast-paced workflow
  4. Previous experience in a gym / athletic facility
