Marketing Manager
Job Overview
Mandola's Italian Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and be our brand ambassador in both Texas and Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, with a proven track record of increasing engagement, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Content Development:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Create and edit video content using video editing software
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages and ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and report on budget performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Establish partnerships with external vendors and agencies as needed .Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other social media partners to expand our reach.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and social media software, platforms and tools (familiar with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for maximum visibility).
- Flexibility is crucial in this position!!
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience with the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus!!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
