Salary: $80k per year
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The Marketing Manager works as part of the larger Marketing, Creative, Communications and Digital team. As part of an organization, they play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the Company’s strategic goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, engaging content, and manage a team to enhance our brand presence and expand our project capacity.
- Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across print, digital, direct mail, email, and social media channels.
- Develop marketing materials that effectively convey our brand's message and offerings.
- Apply creativity, analytical abilities, and leadership skills to drive marketing campaigns forward.
- Manage the department team by hiring, monitoring, motivating, rewarding, training, and counseling members, addressing and documenting performance issues, and delivering timely performance evaluations in accordance with Company policy.
- Identify and manage contractors and agencies for specialized marketing tasks, ensuring projects meet their objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators across all marketing channels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Company website(s) with new content, design changes, and copy edits.
- Ensure all marketing projects are completed within budget and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Prefer three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in Senior Housing Industry.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) years’ experience supervising and managing employees.
- Experience with various marketing software and social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in writing as part of a brand identity.
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs and Google Suite.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check.
- May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
