Candidates should have a basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO concepts, digital marketing, advanced social media, and AI. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain advanced real-world experience in driving traffic and engagement effectively through PR, running an ad budget and SEO. You will gain practical, impactful skills that move the needle (15%+ weekly compounding traffic).

Job Description: Mothers Against Addiction is seeking a dedicated Marketing Outreach Specialist (MOS) to lead our marketing and communication efforts. This volunteer position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a significant impact in the fight against addiction while gaining valuable leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning :
- Deliverables in overall marketing efforts. Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to service promotion. Goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our organizational growth and outreach on a local, national, and global scale.
- Collaborate with the Interim CEO and board members to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Outreach Communications:
- Handle online virtual platform software's to conduct virtual based meetings for internal team and external support group and events for mothers registers to attend.
- Contact with Mothers via email or phone for follow up and registration
- Create Membership Campaigns for Mothers to learn about our organization, with positive outcomes for Mothers to become members to our services
- B2B (Business to Business) networking our non - profit to build relationships and partnerships with other, for profits or non - profits who match our mission.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, Google Work Space, and non - profit project management software
- Knowledge of email SOPs, and email campaigning
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
