Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth, with a focus on the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling campaigns, managing marketing channels (including YouTube), and analyzing data to optimize performance. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, digital ads, etc.) that align with business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and emerging trends within the HVAC industry. Analyze competitors to develop strategies that differentiate the brand.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality marketing materials, including blogs, brochures, social media posts, landing pages, promotional videos, industry magazine placements, and email newsletters.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Ensure campaigns are performing to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy, creating engaging content and fostering community interactions across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms. Analyze data to make informed decisions and present reports to stakeholders.
- SEO & SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and leads.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows such as AHR EXPO, ACCA, HARDI, IBS, webinars, and promotional events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support sales initiatives and enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management. Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM best practices, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,302.00 - $71,553.00 per year
