Marketing Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
• Create and edit marketing assets using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance metrics.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining project timelines.
• Support the preparation of marketing reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Help manage marketing assets such as images, videos, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to track project progress and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
• Assist with internal communication efforts, including drafting emails, newsletters, and team updates.
• Maintain organized records of marketing plans, budgets, and contracts.
• Provide support for special events and community outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience with design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with office and project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com or similar platforms).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
