Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven individual who will work closely with our Head of Marketing, project manager, and branding team on an initiative to rebrand our clinics, surgery centers, and affiliated companies. This position will have the opportunity to work with various aspects of the business side of the clinic to ensure timely and complete delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a cross-functional team to prepare presentations to inform leadership of project status

• Assist in the development of a communication plan and timeline for the rollout of the initiative

• Partner with stakeholders for event planning and logistics

• Create internal and external digital branded communications

• Assist with the design and rebranding of existing company materials

• Be an ambassador for the brand

• Support other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a career in Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Business, or Project Management would be preferable

• Ability to work both individually and with a team

• Preferably live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for the duration of the project as some on-site work may be required

• Reliably be able to work from home for portions of the project

• Possess a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
