Seeking a Business Development & Outside Sales Representative to build relationships and close deals with residential, commercial, and construction service contractors in Dallas and Houston.

Dynamic Business Development & Outside Sales Representative (Dallas & Houston)

We are seeking self-motivated and responsible Business Development professionals to join our growing team in Dallas and Houston! If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and being the face of a company, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll be WOW-ing Residential, Commercial, and Construction Plumbers, as well as other contractors like HVAC specialists, Carpet Cleaners, Fire Sprinkler companies, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make in-person calls on both new and existing clients.
  • Expand our existing marketing routes by prospecting and bringing in new

business.

  • Accurately document all calls, visits, and communications.
  • Focus on outstanding customer service and relationship building.
  • Schedule and attend various meetings, aiming to meet or exceed established

revenue goals.

  • Prepare written correspondence and deliver presentations to individuals and

groups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing personality with a professional

appearance.

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle

various tasks independently.

  • Experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales is a plus, but not a

requirement.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
