Job Title: Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Employment Type: Part-Time, 4 hours per day M-F 10am-2pm

Job Summary:

McCoy Group Real Estate Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand, attract clients, and showcase our property listings. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, social media trends, and creating engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and post high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and team achievements.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow our social media audience.
• Work with individual team members with their content.

• Content Creation:

• Design graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials for listings and events.

• Produce and edit photos and videos for use in social media, websites, and email campaigns.

• Write compelling copy for social posts, email newsletters, and blog content.

• Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.

• Work with leadership to refine and maintain the company’s online presence.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Provide regular reports on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within the real estate industry.

• Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital advertising tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Photography/videography skills are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
