QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Business, 5+ years of Product Ownership experience in MarTech platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe CDP), strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead MarTech strategy development, manage customer data initiatives, oversee the MarTech ecosystem and integrations, refine data-driven marketing strategies, implement Adobe Analytics dashboards, collaborate with various teams, drive data democratization, and analyze trends for optimization.

Wrench Group seeks an experienced MarTech & Data Product Owner to drive innovation across the Adobe ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive customer experience through effective data management and marketing strategies.

- MarTech Strategy Leadership: Define and lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing technology products and data initiatives.
- Customer Data Management: Oversee the strategy for unified customer profiles in Adobe Real-Time CDP, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for segmentation, activation, and personalization.
- Ecosystem Ownership: Manage the MarTech ecosystem, including integrations with Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, automation platforms, and other marketing tools.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies leveraging segmentation, personalized targeting, and customer journey optimization.
- Analytics & Insights: Implement and optimize Adobe Analytics dashboards to visualize KPIs, providing real-time insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and adoption across the organization.
- Enablement & Compliance: Drive data democratization by enabling access to insights through self-service tools and training while ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Optimization: Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improving MarTech functionality, campaign performance, and customer experience through testing and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, or Business).
- 5+ years of Product Ownership experience with expertise in MarTech platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe CDP.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology stacks and ensure seamless integrations.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for secure data management.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding concepts of data architecture, data engineering, and data warehousing capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on actionable insights and innovation.
- Adobe Certifications in Real-time CDP, Adobe Analytics, or broader Adobe Experience Platform.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for data governance within the MarTech landscape.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other tools within the Adobe Experience Cloud
