Job Summary


Maricopa Corporate College is seeking an organized, creative, and collaborative Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize and grow your creative, technical, organizational, and writing skills while developing and executing inbound marketing campaigns that make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage tasks and timelines, create engaging content, and optimize marketing automation processes to attract and nurture both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences. You will also play a key role in overseeing event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure the success of our initiatives.

A successful candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Strong writing skills, technical aptitude for marketing automation and CRM platforms, and a passion for creative ideation and continuous learning are essential for success in this role.

Essential Functions


25% - Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies, including defining objectives, outlining and delegating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.


25% - Collaborates with the Marketing team to create and implement digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing assets to achieve strategic goals.


10% - Analyzes performance data using HubSpot, Teamwork, and other digital platforms, making informed adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.


10% - Oversees event planning and execution, including logistics, sponsorship coordination, and post-event evaluation to optimize brand presence.


10% - Manages vendor relationships, creates purchase orders, tracks expenses, and ensures budget adherence.


10% - Oversees Maricopa Corporate College’s website and digital advertising presence.


5% - Builds and maintains productive relationships with clients, partners, vendors, contractors, internal stakeholders, and staff to ensure project success.


5% - Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in public relations, marketing, business, communications or related field and two (2) years of professional experience in providing project management coordination and development of marketing, public relations, and communications campaigns. This includes developing marketing collateral and messaging, working with marketing automation tools, preparing reports, managing tasks, maintaining records, tracking budgets, and performing research.

An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.

Desired Qualifications


1. Two (2) or more years of experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), CRM tools, project management software, digital advertising platforms, and/or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.


2. Two (2) or more years of experience in developing and implementing marketing content and strategy such as digital ads, blog posts, emails, landing pages, and social media.


3. Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to successfully deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives.


4. One (1) or more HubSpot certifications in the following areas: Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, or HubSpot Sales Software


5. Project Management certification from an industry-recognized organization such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
