About the role:
Our team is 100% results-oriented, down to a person.
You will focus on lead generation and customer acquisition by leveraging paid tactics on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, etc. to reach our target audience. In this creative & quantitative role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will build and execute strategies that use internal and macro economic data about Social Catfish’s customers to drive insights about customer pain points and our simple yet robust product and services. You’ll then use these insights to work with designers and content creators to create high performing ads campaigns. You will analyze the performance of these efforts rigorously on a daily basis, identify themes that drive strategy to improve future month’s channel performance, and manage budgets in a way that maximizes growth.

We’re looking for a media buyer specifically with these requirements:
- Native (or near native) written and spoken English.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a performance driven Google Ads, Facebook, etc. media buyer, preferably with sales/conversion or lead generation based accounts.
- Deep experience with Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, Youtube Ads, and App promotion ads. Knowing how to start, optimize and scale “disruptive” ad formats is a must.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills. An analytical approach to working with the numbers behind campaign performance.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to create reports, analyze data and drive strategic and tactical decisions.
- Proficient at managing multiple accounts and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Set-up, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns and budgets using Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, etc.
- Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of the campaigns, including A/B testing (creatives, copy, landing page, etc.) to optimize for conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create advertising assets, copy, landing pages, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and build campaign strategies with the goal to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, LTV, Lead Quality, etc.
- Create weekly and monthly reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
