QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing environment, strong copywriting skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing, 1-3 years in digital marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with media purchasing tasks, development of trade and digital ad campaigns, traffic coordination, client proposal development, campaign management, and client relations. Identify workflow improvements and enhance team collaboration.

Who you are:
We’re looking for a Media Coordinator to join our team. The role assists the Media Department’s rapid growth by providing infrastructural support, process improvements, assistance with the day-to-day management of campaigns, and overall collaboration where and when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative tasks associated with the purchase of media on behalf of our clients, including credit card reconciliation, coordination in Monday.com, insertion order processing, and more as needed.
- Assisting in the development and execution of both trade and digital ad campaigns, including drafting copy.
- Assisting with traffic coordination among Media Department team members to ensure timely client deliverables and balanced team-wide capacity.
- Creating workflow suggestions and improvements to more efficiently meet clients’ expectations and keep projects within scopes of agreed budgets.
- Identifying ways to enhance collaboration among team members and improve transparency and visibility regarding project progress and coordination.
- Assisting in client proposal development through competitive research, keyword research, audience segmenting, etc.
- Assisting in ongoing management of active client campaigns, including budgetary management, campaign health monitoring, effectiveness assessments and proposing optimization opportunities.
- Monitoring web activity and identifying opportunities to improve user experiences.
- Assisting in reporting, data pulling, etc.
- Ensuring clients are well-cared for, i.e., they receive prompt responses to requests, questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a communications or marketing agency/department environment.
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to grammatical detail.
- Can receive constructive feedback without being afraid to share their ideas for improvement or optimization.
- Multitasks and has good project management and organizational skills.
- Communicates clearly and courteously via telephone, email, video conferencing as well as in person; possesses or is willing to develop strong presentation skills.
- Has a strong work ethic in a team environment; is a self-motivated go-getter who can drive projects to completion while respecting other perspectives and personalities.
- Exercises common sense.
- Doesn’t take self too seriously; possesses a good sense of humor.
Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of digital marketing efforts in social media, search engine marketing, email or other related activities.
- Working knowledge of Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite and other general project workflow tools.
- Experience with search engine marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with trade media ad buying processes.
- Experience writing and scheduling social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) posts and monitoring social media advertising.
- Past work with industrial companies.
- Bonus: Experience in other digital or traditional media channels.
