Brandon is seeking a creative and strategic Media Director to lead our media initiatives and drive brand awareness across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, digital marketing, and content creation, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a Media Director, you will oversee the media team, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure that all media efforts align with our overall marketing strategy.

This role is available for candidates in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IN, LA, MI, NC, SC, TN.

What you'll do as Media Director:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across multiple channels including social media, websites, and traditional media.
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform media planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and partners to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage, coach and lead a media team.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media and marketing.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working in an agency environment
  • Proven experience in media planning and strategy development within a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
