The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. Position Overview
A Media Specialist (MS) is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions. This includes but is not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone piloting, client branding, social media content production, photo and video editing, motion graphics, file management, etc. In this dynamic role, you can expect to be a hybrid creative responsible for capturing a diverse set of real estate listings, directing agents on camera, and providing a memorable customer service experience. Competitive Pay: Starting/Training Pay: $18/hr
Post-Training Base Pay: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience + a monthly gas/mileage stipend

Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude
- Oversee and deliver all listing solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans.
- Plan and execute strategy calls with clients to understand their specific needs and set yourself and our clients up for success
- Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services and offer creative consultations to showcase yourself as a subject-matter expert and provide in-field upgrades
- Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely
- Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments and with our clients
- Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized
- Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency
- Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely
- Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members
- Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually
- Participate in training and development opportunities and share your knowledge with colleagues
- Upload your footage before 9:00 pm each day to ensure our editing team has what they need
- Complete Project Prep each day before 9:30 pm to ensure you are prepared for all upcoming shoots
- Confirm your schedule before 9:00 am for optimal communication

You have 2-3 years of Creative Experience as a professional or independent creative contractor.
You have Gimbal Experience using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.
You have Experience with the following Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premier Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut, Google Workspace, and File Management Systems knowledge.
You Value Education and have a High School Diploma and an Undergraduate Degree or relevant work experience.
You meet our Target Location and currently live within 10 miles of Missoula
Bonus Points
Licensing: You have your FAA Part 107 Drone License
Experience: Real Estate Industry, Marketing/Sales, Client Directing, and/or Business/Operations experience
Real Estate Media Experience: Having at least a year of Real Estate media production experience is a bonus
Wedding Videography Experience: Having a few years of wedding videography experience is a bonus
Advanced Photo and Video Experience: Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography
Physical Activities

Work Hours
This is a full-time (up to 40 hours per week) hourly, non-exempt position. Hours will vary with seasonality. Limited Saturday and evening availability may be required to accommodate clients. Our standard operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am MST to 5:00 pm MST.
