Seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant/Field Marketer to deliver patient care and promote clinic services through community engagement and outreach efforts.

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Medical Assistant/Field Marketer to join our team. This hybrid role combines direct patient care responsibilities with an active, on-the-ground marketing approach. The Field Marketer will travel to various clinics, healthcare facilities, and community locations to promote our clinic’s services, build relationships, and attract new patients. Key Responsibilities:Medical Assistant Duties (In-clinic):

  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Take and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.).
  • Prepare patients for exams and assist healthcare providers during procedures.
  • Schedule patient appointments and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Ensure exam rooms and medical equipment are sterile, stocked, and organized.
  • Provide patient education and instructions for medication and aftercare.

Field Marketing Duties (Clinic Outreach):

  • Travel to local clinics, medical offices, and healthcare facilities to promote our services and build relationships with referring healthcare professionals.
  • Introduce and educate other healthcare providers about our clinic’s offerings and specialties, focusing on how we can complement their practice and improve patient care.
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) and promote our clinic’s services through face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Schedule and attend networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach activities to foster new connections and partnerships.
  • Identify and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including office managers, physicians, and referral coordinators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new patient referrals through these partnerships.
  • Track and report on outreach activities, including visits, leads, and conversions, to ensure goals are met.
  • Promote the clinic’s events, seminars, and health education programs to local communities and healthcare providers.
  • Manage and update marketing materials and content to ensure all information is current and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a medical assistant or healthcare professional.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
  • Previous field marketing, sales, or community outreach experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while representing the clinic’s brand.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different clinics and locations within the region.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
