Seeking a warm, enthusiastic Receptionist/Director of First Impressions to provide exceptional patient experiences at our medical spa, with a focus on customer service and community building.
Join our physician- family-owned medical spa as our Receptionist/Director of First Impressions! We're seeking a warm, enthusiastic individual to be the friendly face of our spa and create memorable experiences for our patients.
Position Overview:
- Classification: Spa Team, Part-Time
- Compensation: Hourly + Commission
- Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), 9-9.5 hours per day

About the Role:
As our Director of First Impressions, you'll be the heart of our spa experience! Your genuine kindness, compassionate nature, and attention to detail will help create an environment where our patients feel welcomed, valued, and pampered from the moment they walk through our doors.
While spa or skincare experience is a plus (calling all skincare enthusiasts!), we value personality and passion above all. We'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

What You'll Do:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Master our spa menu and skincare offerings to provide knowledgeable guidance
- Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs with grace and efficiency
- Maintain our beautiful boutique space and help patients discover perfect products
- Assist with spa operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education opportunities
- Create engaging social media content and maintain our online presence
- Design and distribute marketing newsletters to keep our community informed
- Support our treatment providers and maintain a collaborative team environment

- Computer literacy and ability to learn our scheduling software (MindBody Online)

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing
- High school diploma
