Our medspa is expanding, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Haus of Confidence is disrupting the industry with innovative, specialized care in modern liposuction, natural fat transfer, cosmetic injectables, and advanced skincare treatments. What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with a bubbly and outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role requires someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow as part of our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Managing front desk tasks, including patient check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls
• Handling iPads and ensuring accurate charting and patient information input
• Managing CRMs and multiple software platforms for appointment booking and patient data
• Assisting with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and backend data management
• Ensuring all patients have a seamless and positive experience
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and maintaining flexibility to assist where needed

Bonus Skills:

• Being social media savvy is a big plus! If you know how to capture engaging photos or videos, that’s a win for us.
• Knowledge or interest in the aesthetics industry is a huge advantage but not required.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
