We are a premier Medspa & Plastic Surgery Center located in Bedford Hills, NY. Our facility offers a wide range of cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and surgical services with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking an experienced Medspa & Plastic Surgery Center Manager to take charge of daily operations and lead our team to continued growth and success.

Position Overview:

The Manager will be the primary operator of the Bedford Hills facility, overseeing both the Medspa and Surgical Center. This individual will manage the medical and administrative staff, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and implement business systems to optimize operations. The role reports directly to the owners, who operate multiple facilities in NY and NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Medspa and Surgical Staff, including injectors, aestheticians, front desk, sales staff and lead coordinators.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bedford Hills location, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards (Joint Commission or Quad A experience required).
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff, providing ongoing mentorship and performance management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business systems to improve efficiency and enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with internal and outsourced social media partners to ensure cohesive branding and engagement goals.
  • Oversee lead management processes and track conversion rates to optimize patient acquisition.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting for the facility.
  • Foster a positive, patient-first culture while driving business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a Medspa, Plastic Surgery Center, or similar healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience with surgical accreditation services such as Joint Commission or Quad A.
  • Experience in staff training and development, including performance reviews and corrective action.
  • Knowledge of lead management systems and best practices for patient acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to create, tweak, and implement operational systems to improve workflows and ensure compliance.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures and medical compliance requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with outsourced social media teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Boulevard or other medical scheduling and POS systems.
  • Experience with RingCentral or other call management systems to monitor patient interactions.
  • Knowledge of local influencer marketing strategies to drive hyper-local engagement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
